Yes, we can do Art Therapy via TeleHealth. It is a great option for anyone and especially if you have social anxiety, mobility issues, are neurodivergent, have caring responsibilities, or find travel hard to do.
Art Therapy delivered in schools can provide students with an expressive therapeutic space to build strengths and tools to adjust to transitions and reduce emotional barriers, and cope with personal, family, and social difficulties.
Additionally, Art Therapy can enable students to have a more meaningful engagement with learning and to experience a sense of competence, self-confidence, and self-acceptance which will stay with them for their future adult lives.
