Art Therapy is a creative, warm and open therapeutic modality rooted in neuroscience to support and improve mental health and well-being.
Through a wide variety of creative mediums - paint, wool, textile, nature objects, clay, wire, paper, and more - we will work to uncover, work with and transform triggers, ways of coping, emotional patterns and find ways to adapt your environment to support you better.
Neurodivergent, gender diverse and LGBTQIA+ folk as well as those with communication differences or burnout will find themselves well supported by solid safe practice and lived experience.
Relieve burnout - especially carer burnout. Caring for family members with high support needs is draining and you need and deserve support. Creative therapy is an excellent support.
