Step 1: book a quick chat . This is time for you to share something about yourself and what you would like to achieve or work with. You can also ask any questions. This is free of charge.
Step 2: to book your first session, email me with your preferred times (please check opening hours) to set up an initial Intake session.
I usually manage to offer an initial spot within a few weeks. From there we can book a recurrence that is appropriate for your circumstances, taking into account availability.
